PHD Pneumatic Hinged Door
The ETS-Lindgren Pneumatic Hinged Door (PHD) is a highly reliable RF sealing concept in shielded hinged leaf doors, and offers the most maintenance-free qualities of any competitive door today.
Based on the proven sealing concept used in ETS-Lindgren’s sliding door, the PHD design requires no finger stock or gasketing and has few parts to clean and replace.
The PHD model provides 120 dB attenuation from 1 kHz to 10 GHz, and meets customer needs for a dependable, low maintenance shielded door. The door is ideal for “high traffic” areas due to its user friendly design and rapid open/close cycle time.
Performance
The PHD exceeds the performance requirements of NSA 65-6 and CID/09/12A when tested in accordance with MIL-STD-285.

Magnetic Fields: 65 dB @ 1 KHz rising to 100 dB @ 14 KHz and 120 dB @ 200 KHz
Electric Fields: 120 dB from 1 KHz to 50 MHz
Plane Waves: 120 dB from 50 MHz to 1 GHz
Microwaves: 120 dB from 10 GHz, decreasing to 110 dB @ 18 GHz
