Hioki 9666 100:1 Probe
Introducing the Hioki 9666 100:1 Probe, the perfect tool for measuring high voltages in a safe and accurate way. This probe attenuates the input voltage to a lower level, reducing it to 1/100 of the original voltage. This makes it ideal for use with devices that have a 1 MΩ input resistance, allowing you to measure high voltages without overloading your measuring equipment.
With a division ratio of 100 : 1 ±3% (at 100 VDC) and 100 : 1 +3%, -7% (at 1000 VDC), the Hioki 9666 100:1 Probe provides accurate readings with a maximum input voltage of 5 kV peak (1 MHz or less). The probe also features an input impedance of 100 MΩ and frequency characteristics ranging from DC to 200 MHz.
To further enhance accuracy, the input capacitance to the probe can be lowered to reduce the load effect. The compensation capacitance range (Equipment side) is 15 to 45 pF, and the input capacitance is 7 pF or less.
In addition, the Hioki 9666 100:1 Probe comes with a cable length of 1.5 m (4.92 ft) and a vinyl case to protect it during storage and transport. It is also rated for a maximum rated voltage to earth of 1000 V CAT II, although the maximum rated voltage above ground depends on the input unit. It’s important to note that this probe does not expand the maximum rated voltage above ground of an isolated input.
