The door unit consists of frame and door whose clear opening can be made to meet any customer specifications. The standard clear opening dimensions range from the width of 800 mm to 2400 mm and from the height of 2000 mm to 2400 mm. Large special SRFSD sliding doors are manufactured up to sizes of 6 x 6 m as standard construction and even larger of a special design. The door leaf of ETS-Lindgren’s Euroshield brand RFSD-100 sliding doors is painted on both sides (standard colour white RAL 9010). Max. size for this door type is 3 m x 3 m (h). The sliding doors can be delivered with a driving lift allowing wheeled appliances to enter the room thresholdless, e.g. light duty lifts for transportation of patients in hospitals or heavy duty lifts for fork lift trucks carrying heavy loads into the room. The alternative is to use a removable slope ramp in front of the door.
