BTA series of Hybrid Amplifiers covering the 9kHz to 220MHz frequency range with output power options of 2kW or 3kW. At low frequencies with corresponding very high power levels solid state amplifiers are supplemented by so called distributed tube amplifiers. These distributed amplifiers are well known for high tolerance against the poor VSWR of antennas available for low frequencies.
