The 13350 provides varied output impedance selections to solve measured inductance errors between test instruments, which cause output impedance differences and varying test currents.

The automatic and programmable measurement functions are controlled internally by the test system which provides high accuracy, convenience, fast results and reliability.

It provides the functions including Hi/Low limit, binning, test frequency, and test voltage, on load, multi- test frequency settings, and testing data storage function. In addition, full-function scan tests via a scan box, data transfer and statistical analysis via RS-232 & GPIB interfaces are included.

The tester also provides a DC Bias Current Source to coordinate with inductance for measuring inductance loss.
